Hello, I'm Julia - a qualified counsellor and experienced holistic therapist. I offer counselling & psychotherapy, reiki, and reflexology to support you in feeling more grounded, balanced, and well.
My practice is a calm, inclusive space where your wellbeing comes first - whether you're looking for support with life's challenges, time to reconnect with yourself, or space to relax and restore.
Services

A safe, confidential space to explore what's going on for you - emotionally, relationally, or in your wider life. I work collaboratively and at your pace, helping you develop greater self-understanding and find new ways of relating to yourself and others. I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and the impact of trauma and abuse. However you're feeling, you're welcome here.

A gentle energy-based practice that promotes calm, clarity, and emotional balance. Reiki can help relieve stress and support your body's natural ability to restore itself.

This relaxing, touch-based therapy focuses on pressure points in the feet to support your physical and emotional wellbeing. Many clients find it grounding and restorative.
